1. Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to bada8.org. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bada8 platform and all its services. By registering or using bada8, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all registered and unregistered users in Bangladesh. bada8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and notice of any changes will be posted on the platform.

2. Account Register

To open an account with bada8, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may only hold one account — multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure, and the balance may be forfeited.

Account Protection

Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bada8 support immediately.

Transferring, selling, or renting an account to another person is strictly prohibited. bada8 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts involved in such activity.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

As a safe and transparent platform, bada8 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC may be required in the following situations:

• When submitting a withdrawal request for the first time.
• A transaction exceeds a specified threshold.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account.

KYC verification typically requires a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

4. Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when making a deposit on bada8:

• A minimum deposit amount is set — separate limits apply for each payment method.
• Only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is an issue, please contact support.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bada8 currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank cards. Deposits via cryptocurrency or any other unauthorized method will not be accepted.

5. Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from bada8:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 3–6 hours for Mobile Banking/Nagad and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirement has been met.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bada8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but some general rules are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus for new users is available once only, applied to the first deposit. The bonus amount and terms are listed on each offer's page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

Additional Bonus Terms

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Separate terms apply to free spin or cashback bonuses.
• Bada8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on bada8 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game result is completely random and impartial.

• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the bet for that round may be voided and the balance refunded.
• Bada8 reserves the right to void a session if irregular activity or a bug is detected that may have affected a game's outcome.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bada8 and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain bonuses.
• Fraud: Use of false information, forged documents, or stolen payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the platform.
• Software Hacking: Using automated bots, scripts, or hacking tools to play games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Responsible Gaming
